Who we are
Clastrum is an intelligence company. We centralize the data that organizations have scattered across systems, analyze it with senior judgment, and turn it into decisions and software that ship to production. Our promise — Intelligence Forged from Fragments — is literal: we take fragmented signals and forge them into something an operator can act on. The brand "Clastrum" is operated by BRNVLY Yazılım Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, a joint-stock company (Anonim Şirket) incorporated in İstanbul, Türkiye.
How we work
We are deliberately small and senior. There is no junior layer between the people you talk to and the people who do the work — the person who scopes your engagement is the person who builds it. We work across two continents at an international standard, pairing the rigor of large-firm consulting with the speed of a focused engineering team. Engagements are fixed in scope and fixed in price, agreed before any work begins.
Forge
Forge is an end-to-end build that lives in production. We take a defined problem, design the data model and the system around it, and deliver working software your team owns and operates — not a slide deck or a prototype. Each Forge is fixed in scope and fixed in price, and typically runs six to sixteen weeks depending on the surface area.
Lens
Lens is a senior diagnostic. Over roughly two weeks we examine a specific question — a data estate, a decision that keeps stalling, an opportunity you suspect but cannot yet quantify — and deliver a written report with clear findings and a prioritized path forward. Lens is the fastest way to put senior eyes on a problem before committing to a larger build.

Most organizations are not short of data; they are short of clarity. Value comes from centralizing the fragments, reading them honestly, and acting before the moment passes. We measure ourselves by what reaches production and what changes as a result, not by hours billed or documents produced. Our identity is gold and steel: the discipline and edge of steel, the value of what is forged from it.
Payments
Clastrum sells professional services — intelligence and data consulting — not physical goods. Engagement fees are agreed in advance in a signed Statement of Work and can be paid securely online through the iyzico payment gateway. Card details are processed by iyzico and are never stored on our systems.
