I'm Baran Velayı, founder and CEO of Clastrum AI, an Istanbul AI services company partnered with Spark Engine. We help mid-market and enterprise teams in Türkiye and the wider region put production-ready AI to work — from KVKK-clean LLM applications to retrieval, agents, and EU AI Act-aligned compliance. As sole board member I own strategy, fundraising, top-tier customer relationships, and contract signature, and I personally run the first conversations on every strategic account.
