Forge

Forgea 4-week Starter PoC.

Forge is Clastrum's Starter PoC engagement. In four weeks we deliver a working prototype in a production-grade codebase — not a slide deck, not a throwaway script. We agree an acceptance criterion before work begins; any component that does not meet it is rebuilt at no additional charge.

What Forge delivers

A working prototype in a production-grade codebase, handed over at the end of week four. The prototype is built to the acceptance criterion agreed at kick-off — if any component falls short, we rebuild it at no charge. You own the code outright.

How a Forge engagement runs

We open with a scoping session: we read your existing data, map the problem, and agree the exact acceptance criterion in writing before a single line is built. The four weeks then move in short build cycles, each surfaced to you as working software. Nothing ships without your sign-off.

Scope, price, guarantee

Forge is fixed in scope and fixed in price, quoted per engagement. Duration is four weeks from kick-off to handover. You know the cost before any work begins. If a component does not meet the agreed acceptance criterion, we rebuild it — no additional charge, no negotiation.

When Forge is the right fit

Forge is right when you have a defined problem, real data, and a need to see working software — not a report. If you are unsure whether the problem is well-enough defined, a Lens diagnostic first is the smarter move: Lens is the fastest way to put senior eyes on the question before committing to a build.

Questions about Forge
What does a Forge engagement deliver?
Forge delivers a working prototype in a production-grade codebase in four weeks, measured against an acceptance criterion agreed before work begins. Any component that does not meet the criterion is rebuilt at no additional charge.
How is Forge priced?
Forge is quoted as a fixed fee per engagement, not as open-ended day rates. The price and acceptance criterion are agreed before any work begins, in a signed Statement of Work. Payments can be made online through the PayTR gateway.
Do I need a Lens first?
Not always. If the problem is well-defined and the data is accessible, Forge can start directly. If there is uncertainty about the architecture, the data estate, or where value actually lives, a Lens diagnostic first is the smarter path.
