Engagement model
Clastrum delivers fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements. Scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, and acceptance criteria are documented in a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties before work begins. This site does not by itself constitute an offer or contract.
Use of this site
You may use this site to learn about our services, read our published content, and submit a brief. Submitting fictitious information, scraping, automated abuse, attempts to bypass authentication or rate-limits, and any use that violates Turkish law or applicable regulations are prohibited.
Confidentiality
Information you share via the brief form is treated as confidential and is not shared outside Clastrum without your written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or to engaged sub-processors strictly for the purpose of operating the service (see our Privacy Policy).

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the customer for that specific engagement during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the İstanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.
