What we sell
Clastrum sells professional services — intelligence and data consulting — not physical goods. We offer two engagements. "Forge" is an end-to-end build that lives in your production environment, delivered on a fixed scope and fixed price over 6 to 16 weeks. "Lens" is a senior diagnostic delivered in approximately 2 weeks and concluded with a written report. All deliverables are digital and electronic; there is no physical product and no shipment.
Order and confirmation
You place an order by accepting the scope, price, and payment terms set out in your Statement of Work or order summary, and by completing payment online through the iyzico payment gateway. Once payment is confirmed, we send a written order confirmation to your email address. This confirmation marks the start of our service obligation.
How the service is delivered
Because we provide professional services, "delivery" means performance of the engagement rather than dispatch of a physical item. The engagement kicks off after your order and payment are confirmed, typically within 3 business days unless a later start date is agreed in writing. A Forge engagement runs for 6 to 16 weeks according to its scope; a Lens engagement runs for approximately 2 weeks and concludes with a written report. We keep you informed of progress throughout.
How you receive the deliverables
All deliverables are provided electronically. For Forge, this means access to the work running in your production environment together with any agreed source code, configuration, documentation, and handover materials, delivered through the channels agreed at kickoff (for example a code repository, cloud account, or secure shared workspace). For Lens, this means a written report delivered to the email address or shared workspace you designate. No physical shipment is made and no shipping fees apply.
Cancellation before work begins
You may cancel your order at any time before the engagement has begun by emailing hello@clastrum.com. If you cancel before any work has started, you receive a full refund of amounts paid, returned through the original iyzico payment method.
Withdrawal and refunds once work has begun
Our services are prepared specifically for your business and begin promptly after your confirmation. In line with Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to services that have started to be performed with your express consent before the withdrawal period ends. By approving the start of the engagement you acknowledge this. Even so, if you choose to cancel after work has begun, we act in good faith: you are charged only for work actually performed and for non-cancellable third-party costs we have committed on your behalf, and any remaining balance is refunded. For a completed Lens report, the report is deemed delivered upon receipt and is non-refundable.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Send your request to hello@clastrum.com with your order confirmation or invoice number. We acknowledge every request within 3 business days and confirm the outcome, including any refund amount, within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned to the original iyzico payment method, typically within 14 days of approval; the time for the amount to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
If something goes wrong
If a deliverable does not match the agreed scope, contact us at hello@clastrum.com and we will work with you to correct it. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under Turkish consumer-protection law, including Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and its secondary legislation.
